Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Within 15 days of receiving your order (whether it’s one of our cuddly Classic Stuffed Animals or playful Itty Bittys®), please email our care team at [email protected] with:

- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return (helps us improve our collection!)

Step 2: Package & Ship
For US Customers: We’ll email you a prepaid return label for our carriers (DHL/FedEx). Simply repackage the item in its original packaging—just like you’d carefully place one of our Boxed Cards back in its sleeve.
International Customers: You’ll need to arrange return shipping. We recommend using a trackable service (like EMS or DHL) to ensure your package finds its way back to our Manchester, US location.
Step 3: Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days), we’ll process your refund through your original payment method:
- Credit Cards (Visa/MasterCard/JCB): 3-5 business days to reflect
- PayPal: Typically appears within 24 hours
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except for defective items.
Special Considerations
To maintain the magic of gifting, some items cannot be returned:
- Personalized Greeting Cards: Once we’ve printed your special message, these become uniquely yours
- Opened Gift Bag Sets: If the coordinating pieces have been separated
For damaged or incorrect items, we’ll happily send replacements (subject to availability) or issue refunds—no need to return the item. Just include photos in your email.
