  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipping)
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipping)

We ship worldwide, excluding some Asian regions and remote areas. Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.

Step 2: Package & Ship

For US Customers: We’ll email you a prepaid return label for our carriers (DHL/FedEx). Simply repackage the item in its original packaging—just like you’d carefully place one of our Boxed Cards back in its sleeve.

International Customers: You’ll need to arrange return shipping. We recommend using a trackable service (like EMS or DHL) to our Manchester, US location.

Step 3: Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days), we’ll process your refund through your original payment method:

  • Credit Cards (Visa/MasterCard/JCB): 3-5 business days to reflect
  • PayPal: Typically appears within 24 hours

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except for defective items.

Special Considerations

For damaged or incorrect items, we’ll happily send replacements (subject to availability) or issue refunds—no need to return the item. Just include photos in your email.
